Don't answer. My credit card info was stolen and used just a few hours after answering this phone call.
(623) 242-1653
The first time I got no answer, then they called me multiple times during the week. Tried to call back but says the number is disconnected. Which seems for a land line to be disconnected after just receiving a call from it. I believe it's hackers with virtual phone on a computer somewhere, making calls, making a connection, and then they begin to packet sniff. Now they have mountains of personal info. I suggest watching your bank accounts closely for any suspicious activities, because there were on mine. Most recent call was today at 4:44 pm 8/6/2013, fraudulent charges were spotted a few hours later. I repeat, they don't need you the on the phone for too long to gather hundreds of thousands of packets, contain lots of information.

Magazine subscription
(623) 242-1653
As many people have mentioned here, I received calls from the number above. Each time was about magazine subscripts that were about to renew. Both calls: 1) 2013-07-04: The first call, the person mentioned magazines, but did not have the specific one in front of him at the time. But that once he confirmed some info they would send me to his supervisor who would then get it straightened out. He mentioned my address, I said it was correct. He asked if I was married or not, I said no. He asked for what I do for a living. I said I was not going to provide that. He said it was for demographic info. I said, if that is the case, it should not be required. He then hung up. 2) 2013-07-08: Today I receive a call from the same number but a different person. He mentioned my subscriptions were going to be renewed and I needed to confirm my billing information. I mentioned that last week I already received a call and the person hungup when I would not provide personal info. The guy today said that it may have been disconnected when transferring me to his supervisor. I asked which magazine, because I had checked over the weekend and everything seems Ok with plenty of time. I heard the guy make a noise like "umm", and then hung up about 5 seconds later. Doing some searches on these guys sound scary. Some people deal it deals with a credit card scam. Specifically that they already have 4 or even 8 of your numbers from stolen information, and just need you to fill in the blanks to complete the scam. I wish I knew more of what scam this actually is to better protect myself.

Called and asked for me specifically. Said they had received information that I had received damage magazines and that they were following up on my complaint. Funny, never complained, in fact, I don't have any magazone subscriptions! Caller said , "Thank you, sweetie!" and hung up.
