Telemarketing call to my cell phone

They call themselves Card Services and seek to get information about you. When you press them for their information, they hang up. I accused them of soliciting and the caller game me an argument. I then asked him "What's MY name?" and he couldn't answer me.

Another scam, recording states they can lower your credit card rates, once you speak with a live person they hang up if you ask questions that would expose the scam.

Called my cell phone listed on the do not call registry. Immediately called the number back from a landline and received the message that the phone number was disconnected.

The call from a number that has been disconected, was going to help me lower my credit card bills. They probably call random numbers.

Automated female voice, asking you to "verify" information with your credit card company (no specific name of which credit card). saying they can "lower" your interest rate, obviously a scam company trying to get your information to use it in fraudulent ways. Don't respond to these calls.
