after 7 calls in one day i answered it... they were looking for my sister. i told them they have the wrong number and i did not know that person so they would stop calling me. 3 calls from them later that day and i let them know this is now harassment as i have asked them not to call anymore... seeking lawyer advise now because still getting 8 calls a day from this number

Caller ID and person on the phone identified themselves as with “client services”. I wouldn’t verify my full name and therefore they refused to tell me who they were or what they were calling about. but they were calling for a family member who’s name is the primary on my phone plan. They said they would send a letter instead but completely refused to give more info.
