Actually maybe a data collecter, who is trying to find a meaningful relationship between IP addresses and certain cell phone numbers, and monitoring searches made after placing a call.....(partly joking) I have been getting texts from banks that I don't even use, trying to get info. I also got a call last month from a 202 DC number that I reported to the DCPD as a phishing scam (wanted me to "confirm" my own ID with information like my birthday and SSN.) Although it may not be related at all, I have noticed several silent callers from "Unknown" this last week. And yesterday, a Spanish speaking male called from 213-908-5152 several times and asked "Espagnol?" But maybe the real ppl behind these phone calls are not even Spanish speaking ppl? And the call from the 213 area code could be an honest wrong number, but they did call 3 times same day. Nobody usually calls me, they text. I have less than 5 contacts.
