Yes, I also got a call from this company today.  In which the woman (candace)  was very rude, she hung up on me.  I call her back she answered, I asked to speak with her boss, she hung up again. I researched This company and found this forum.  I was able to locate the 800 number and got another lady.  She was very nice and explained everything.  I told her about her rude employee, she was very tactful.  Yet no apology was given about candace.  Now I see why some people don't answer certain telephone calls.

Again received a call from this caller offering a free carpet cleaning. They give a sales pitch with this. I have asked them several times to stop and informed them that my number is on the DNC registry. Today I called them back and told them to stop and they told me that they would have put me on their DNC list had I asked them to. I told them what they are doing is against the law and they said they aren't doing anything wrong and have no way of knowing my number is on the DNC registry. What liars!! Sick of it, sick of it!!

2nd call in 6 days - last time was told my number is on DNC registry and not to call me again. Again, they are cold-calling phone numbers in Britt and Garner offering to clean carpets to demonstrate their Kirby machines. I am sick of this, they have been told before and have done this several times in the past.

Called me at 9:34 today and didn't leave a message but my caller ID listed this number. I called it back to find out what they wanted and it was the Kirby Co. They said they are calling people in Britt and Garner to offer a free carpet cleaning in exchange for allowing them to demonstrate the machines. I told them my number is on a DNC registry and they asked my name and hung up on me. This is not the first time they have done this. I have told them each time not to call me.

The number belongs to a mortgage company based in Mason City, Iowa.  Perhaps they are trying to buy houses on the cheap in this bad market.

This female person telephone me last night.  Talked very, very quickly to the point that I am not certain why she called me and exactly what she wanted.  She asked for me by name, said a little spill of which I caught the name of my street only.  I have been trying to reach someone at the number on the caller ID all morning and get the same recorded message (that the office is closed and the business hours of the office).  I found this to be a pretty ugly experience and really would prefer not to be contacted like this again.  I'm sorry, but there is a right way and a wrong way to do everything!

no one talking, just listening to me, i guess. Its happened a few times each week.

I got a message on my cell phone yesterday evening. The lady as talking so fast that it took about 15 times of listening to the message to get part of the information and I still couldn't understand some of it. Her name is Pam or Sam, I couldn't tell. She is from Jolis Law Firm, though is sounded more like Jollee. She claimed that this was a follow-up call but I have never heard of her company before, or received any phone calls from this number ever. Her message was very fast, rude and abrupt, demanding that i call her back before 5 the next day, but giving hardly no information. There is limited information about them on the web and this is all I have so far.
