These guys will use fake names and pictures and claim to buy medications, saying that they need them for people that are in need if them but cannot access them . They will then try to set up a meeing time and place and will usually allow the victim to choose at their convenience to ease their minds. At the meeting they give intended target fake money and be out before the person realizes … they will try to get you to exc****e at the car window for an easy get away or put one real bill over a bunch of fakes , fold the bills in half and rubber band that so it looks like real money at first until you open it up. these guys almost alway look like pretty rough around e edges. . Dont try selling any medications to people online!
