Long distance call - several times per day - no one answers - and yes I wait a few moments in case it's a computer generated call. So why do they keep calling??

Keep calling try once no answer (dead air), second time did not answer person did not leave message...and don't know this number where is it coming from??

this number has been calling me 3 or 4 times a day for the past month or soi dont pick up numbers i dont recognize and i didnt want to be charged long distance so i havent picked it upglad i googled it though and know im not the only one theyre harrassing

I received a call form that number today. The man on the phone said they were calling on behalf of my bank. I didn't give out any information, and I called my bank (TD Canada Trust) asking if they outsource calls. They said no, and it was a fraudulent call.Don't trust any calls from this number, and don't give out any information.

Determine who they are. Then send them an invoice for the time and resources of yours that they have used up. They may think they have the right to call, and perhaps they do, but you have the right to charge for your time and services.
