Keep calling try once no answer (dead air), second time did not answer person did not leave message...and don't know this number where is it coming from??

this number has been calling me 3 or 4 times a day for the past month or soi dont pick up numbers i dont recognize and i didnt want to be charged long distance so i havent picked it upglad i googled it though and know im not the only one theyre harrassing

They said no, and after being on teh phone for 30 minutes with TD Canada Trust they said it was a fraudulent call. Don't trust any calls from this number, and don't give out any information.

Determine who they are.  Then send them an invoice for the time and resources of yours that they have used up.  They may think they have the right to call, and perhaps they do, but you have the right to charge for your time and services.

When the phone is answered, they ask to speak to...........and then hang up. Very annoying. They never complete their sentence.

this number appears often what a pain had not answered the call but when i return the call it goes into dead air then busy tone comes on wish this would stop as this is my cell and not my home phone. How do we as people fight the a_ Sh__le to stop fight the company"s that provide these numbers out

this number has called me twice today, no one was there, and they didnt leave a message. I have been receiving a LOT of calls from numbers I dont know, and yet my phone company says my number hasnt been sold...i tend not to believe them. i want to be able to block these numbers!

I have received calls on my cell 3 times in the last 2 days from this number. I don't answer any numbers that I don't recognize, so of course didn't answer. But was curious bout who and why as no messages left...when I called the number operator came on and said "this number is not in service". Thought I made a mistake in dialing so tried again....same message.

I just received a phone call from this number and they claimed to be from TD Canada Trust?? They wanted to introduce a new package that didn't make any sense to me and the lady had a really weird and long name, possibly because she didn't want me to remember her name.

Luckily I just switched over to Shaw and they have an option that I can add numbers that won't be let through to us. A call restricted option. I love it. I'm getting a third of the phone calls I used to. But today this number 647-428-9830 called... just about to add it to the list. WHat happens when the list gets full... I dunno.

I reported this number 1-647-428-9830  today to the Police dept and the Canadian Telecommunications Authority .... May not help , but Its better than doing nothing , Im sick of the a**holes who think they have a right to harrass people ...

Heres what you do ! I had enough of these a**holes 1-647-428-9830 calling on Behalf of DIRECT ENERGY Toronto . I contacted the Canadian Telecominications Commission ( http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/INFO_SHT/t1022.htm ) << read this) . and they gave me this site  https://www.the-cma.org , This is the governing body for almost all telemarketing compannies in canada . Go to CONTACT US at the head of the page , and bombard the a**holes to their email addresses listed  especially the   "privacy dept" and "government regulation" dept's , request your name , address and phone be removed from ALL and ANY lists you appear from , and tell them that your email is being forwarded to the Telecomunications Comission for further action ..  Put the power back in your hands and screw these parasites. PS . Not answering the phone when you see the number wont stop them , answer and give them s**t , demand to know why they are calling , who they are calling for , ask them what gives them the right to harrass you , then ask for a supervisor and give him s**t to .
