He pretended that he was the Controller from PCH and he knew that I had been scammed out of money but he also said that my name have red flag on it. That my named was involved in fraud where many bank accounts had been opened using my name. But he was also talking with the FBI about all of the fraud a***nst my name. And that I would receive a over million dollar check once my name is cleared up. The name he is using is Michael Collins, Publishers Clearing House controller. He and a group of judges will be sure that I get my winnings. He is about the 3rd scammer who have told me the same information I have at least 4 emails from these different false winning companies. His number bypassed my new security source called "YOU MAIL" HE asked me why it was so hard to contact me by my phone and I told him that I had a new security. But when his call came, I heard the ring answered it because under the number. it said safe call.
