We were flagged because we were overcharged on our merchant statement. They were talking very fast and they were pretty rude. I asked too many questions, wanted too much information and they eventually hung up on me.

Saying I overpaid and they had sent me something in the mail and haven’t gotten a response. I ask a few questions all the while knowing I don’t even use a credit card machine or anything to do with credit cards and then finally I was like well. I know you’re a scammer because I don’t even use credit cards but I just wanted to waste your time a little bit.

The caller wanted to know about our credit card processing stating that we were over-paying on our statement. Stated we are over 2.0 on fees being charged. I knew it was a scam, as I know what % we are at every month.

Wanted to speak to credit card accounts payable, claimed to represent our credit card payment processor, but couldn't identify the company we use to process credit cards. I asked "which payment processor?" and they ***g up on me.

Said she was from merchant services. Claimed to have sent notices about over billing and got no response from me. Told her she was full of it and hung up. Had the nerve to call back twice after that , I let it go to answering machine.
