They called for 4 times just to talk about the application for benefit. They stated my name and I couldn’t get the rest because of heavy accent. When I finally picked up the call and said, “I don’t recognize all this”, she immediately turned off the call.

I saw this number on my caller ID and didn't answer, but then saw that I had a voicemail. The message was from a friend who works for the City of St Paul, but whose personal line is actually a different number. This is just a generic outgoing line I think.

I called the call-back number & got voice mail also. This person works for Ramsey County Financial Assistance, so the 266-9990 must be the generic I.D. that is attached to their offices - I've seen this done with other companies in the past. For the record I am in Ramsey County, Minnesota.
