WELL ''ANDREW'' - STOP CALLING PEOPLE AND PASSING YOURSELF OFF AS A PERSON AFFILIATED WITH ''TRIPLE A''- [ AAA AUTO SERVICE, ETC.] YOU ASK FOR A PERSONS NAME- AND WE ASKED WHOS CALLING- YOU SAY ''ANDREW''- AND SAID '' IS HE THERE OR NOT''- AND WAS TOLD NO- AND WHEN YOU SAID YOU WERE FROM TRIPLE A- WE ASKED YOU IF IT WAS THE AUTO GROUP- THEN YOU REPLY '' OH- ITS SO CLEAR YOU HAVE NO TACT WHEN YOU ANSWER THE PHONE- THIS IS QUITE CLEAR''- WELL GET IT STRAIGHT ''ANDREW''- ITS MY PHONE NOT YOURS- AND IT WAS ANSWERED TACTFULLY- ''YOU'' GOT IRATE AND NASTY WHEN I QUESTIONED YOU ON ACTUALLY BEING FROM AAA- [ THE TOWING SERVICE]  JUST BECAUSE WE ASKED IF THAT WAS CORRECT- THATS NO REASON TO GET NASTY- YOU DIDNT EVEN IDENTIFY YOURSELF- AND THATS BAD PHONE MANNERS TO BEGIN WITH- IF YOU CANT ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION DONT CALL PEOPLE- THATS THE BOTTOM LINE EINSTEIN

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER- AND I AM A BUSINESS OWNER WITH NO DEBT- I HAVE REPORTED THIS NUMBER TO THE LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT,AND THE B.B.B. AS WELL AS MY  PHONE COMPANY CARRIER TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION- BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE CALLED- FOR NO REASON- PERIOD- END OF STORY- PEOPLE NEED TO KEEP IN MIND, THAT DEBT COLLECTORS CANNOT HARASS PEOPLE- NOT THAT LONG AGO- A COLLECTION COMPANY KEPT HARASSING A COUPLE, FOR AN OUTSTANDING CREDIT CARD DEBT- AND  THE DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY/ AS WELL AS THE INDIVIDUAL BEHIND THE PHONE CALLS WERE TAKEN TO COURT BY THE COUPLE... AND THEY ''WON'' A HUGE SETTLEMENT.. SO THESE BUSINESSES, NO MATTER IF PEOPLE OWE A DEBT OR NOT- NEED TO USE THEIR PHONE SKILLS MORE WISELY, AND BE MORE ACCURATE IN THE NATURE OF THEIR BUSINESS..

Hi everyone, I have been getting harrasing calls from this guy this.  I already paid my bills and he I was lying.  He did not have time to talk to people who don't pay their bills.  I told him I will report him for his harrased calls then he rung up.  I really wanted to catch this guy.  Any ideas?

I got a call from this number and a man named andrew moss, not looking for me, but for someone else.  He would not tell me how he got my name and number, nor what the call was about, other than I was being disrespectful in asking him who he was and how he got my number.  He also talked to my daughter and told her he was a debt collector and when she asked how he got my number, he said that was irrelevant.  He was extremely rude and I found this by doing a search, and I had no idea who he was or what he wanted, other than to give someone a message.  He refused to tell me how he got my name and number.  I owe no debts.

ISSUE: Rude, harrassing phone call to my non-published, private/personal phone number that was not for me but another person residing in the household.Caller casually asked for this other person by their first name as if it was a personal phone call.  In an attempt to redirect a legitimate/valid phone call to the other person, I asked the nature of the call and his name (as he told me it was Randy Moss).  At this point, the caller said, "I know when a call is being screened".  I attempted to explain the circumstances surrounding my inquiry, at which point he became extremely rude and discourteous, hearing harrassment.

I just got the call and the message said "this is Andrew, and I have some (errors? answers?) you should know about." So I called the number and it's a collections company called American Accounts and Advisers. I would suggest you talk to Andrew if he calls you because he took 50% off what I owed my bank.
