His name is Vance Hall he is with a Collection Agency.. had to deal with him last month. He is calling mostly in regards to any and all financial bills that have gone to his collection agency.

I bought a gophone and purchased $25 worth of phone minutes to use over a 3-month period. This is for an intercom system that requires a 651 exchange. The intercom system is not yet set up to accept my phone number. So far I have had 13 unsolicited phone calls -- I do not recognize any of the phone numbers. This morning I received a call from 6512876133. It is using up my minutes. I put some of the numbers on the do not call registry but it takes 31 days to be effective. Not sure that will stop it either.
