Called me today, and called my husband using my maiden name. And called my first name different on my husbands voicemail. Said they were from foster so****ing with a. Civil litigation. I reported them.

Some Sarah called about legal do***ents to signed . Didn't say where from, but it was intended for my ex-husband. Been divorced for 25 years. They said they were going to take him . THANK GOD , GOD S***D MAN.
Said I was going to be served with papers. Said so****ing about a visa reward card I owed. Had my last 4 of ss# and dob. The guy was nice. I advised him I never had that card. Said it was a civil suit.
They used my ex-married name stating that I need to be home for the delivery agent so that I could signed for the do***ents, if not they would send it to my employer. That I need to get in contact with them from this number to avoid any further action a***nst me. I look up numbers the n umber they called from and the number that they left both SCAM.
This is a straight up scammer, there is no legitimate legal business here.
