No one is there when I answer. Caller ID is just a period (.). It's really annoying. I tried to report the # to the Do Not Call Registry but it keeps saying the area code is invalid.

Answered the phone and the guy said his name was Joe and he was calling for donations for homeless veterans. Told him I live in a military town and give to local charities that take care of our vets. Thanked him for calling and hung up. Probably a scam.
