California call on id 11:37 am. Hung up when I answered thought they were on block..

California call on id 3:39 pm. They call every hour now that I've blocked them. Using different last 4 numbers with the 661-243..... They hang up now when I answer. I've asked them since last year to take me off lists. Don't know what else to do I've used all my blocks and all 10 of my AT&T blocks.
