I also contacted this person about a property listed on Zillow in San Diego. The property was listed way below market value so I was suspicious. He emailed me with an elaborate story about why he is offering it so low and explaining that he is moving to Wisconsin to work for ASCE Foundation. He should switch up his stories more often...

This number belongs to a scammer with an elaborate story. I was in contact with an agent of a property and somehow this scammer got my email address. Posed as the Christian owner of the property and claimed to have terminated the contract with the agent to try to rent the house on his own. Also claimed to have moved to Wisconsin and insisted on transferring down payment via an untraceable method.

This person was trying to rent me a house, said they lived in Wisconsin but would text me at times that would be very suspicious in Wisconsin time, i.e. WI is 2 hours ahead of CA time. They were very pushy about me sending them money and making sure it was wired to them (so the money can’t be traced back) Very shady. Posed as a devout Christian who worked for an engineering company with a family.

This number belongs to a scam. Owner of number used it to attempt a non-physical rental of a property rental that belonged to someone else. Middle Eastern dialect.
