they have been calling me for months ,no matter how many times you ask for them to stop they dont.They co by several names.Best as I have been able to tell is the number is a mobile number and belongs to a william B Moore out of bakersfield cal.They call saying all kinds of different stuff.If it were the IRS they wouldnt contact you by phone like that

An Indian man called and said they were from the IRS & that I owed back taxes and that if I did not pay today they were going to arrest me & that I would loose everything. He spoke very fast & would not answer my questions. The # that called me was 661-748-0240, be careful
