Left voicemail messages on a shared business line that the message is for xxx or for the spouse and to press 1. If you are not the caller pres 5. I pressed 5 and a live voice came on and the first words were the name they had left on the recording.Even though th 5 was pressed to identify that I was not the person they were looking for. The last message was from a Jim Jackson. This number has called my house several times over the last couple of weeks. you cannot talk to a person. I finally called the number back that Mr. Jackson left (he was very rude and very threatening). I then found out that it was a collection agency. This is a debt collector called Franklin Collection Service, Inc out of Tupeolo, Mississippi - they keep calling my house it shows up on the caller id as FCS. I called just then and they answered the phone I told them that I wanted them to stop calling me I didn't give her time to say anything before I told her that I knew she was calling with Franklin Collection Service and that I didn't appreciate her calling because I had a written request to them to stop and that the bill they were calling about was paid in full and I had the canceled checks. She asked me for an account number I gave it to her - she called me by name - and then had the nerve to say "we haven't called you because your number isn't in our data base" I was furious told her that she did I had caller id - I read her the number and then told her that I had hit call back on my phone and she had just answered. She said "your number isn't in our data base" what a liar! I have filed 3 complaints with the Do Not Call List
