I asked a second time who is this? He then replied the IRS i could hear several other operators in the background and noticed a accent. So i replied i don't think the irs uses the phone . He then replied thank you very ..... before i could hang up! Beware they are targeting elderly people lets catch these wolves and stop them!! AMEN
