Received text with a form I filled out after I got my mortgage and I actually sent it back to the company/scammer my date of birth, occupation, and cell phone number. This scammer is after me. "Hey (my last name), this is Harold with Elevate Group. A while back when you closed. A while back when you closed on the mortgage in this image, there was request sent back to us about the coverage to pay off the mortgage when you get sick, pass away or become disabled. Here it shows we never got this back to you guys and we're updating our records... If you feel like this is a mistake, please let me know if you can. You can reply with "out" to opt out, and I'll et this cleared out and discarded. However, I'm an underwriter reassigned to your file. Before I can finish getting everything together for you, I need to verify that I have the correct information, is this right?
