The "debt" these lowlifes are calling about is WELL OUTSIDE the statute of limitations for legal collection in my state, so I block all their numbers. Portfolio Recovery spoofs literally HUNDREDS (if not more) numbers from every conceivable location, trying to get you to answer. Well, PRA, you POS, guess what? If I don't recognize the number and I don't have relatives who live within the area code(s) from which you are calling, that number gets blocked.
