Comcast equipment recovery but it's a scam, we turned in our equipment I called them back ( this was in January mind you and it is now July) they had been calling my phone 10-20 times a day. The equipment had been turned in August 2013. Now they are calling me again. Twice in 15 minutes. It's been almost a year now. I will be filing complaints with BBB, comcast security and the do not call list. Don't fall for this.
