He is supposed to work for a computer company for computer protection. There was an error done on a refund they were returning for 499.00. They also had sent a credit for 9,000.00 which I told him about it. He proceeded to tell me I could not return it and would have to send gift cards. He had been working in fixing it and then all of a sudden, he will not return my calls. He has also taken over my computer. This the reason I wanted to know his information. I do know he is from Indian decent by his English.
