i been getting phone calls on my cell and my work phone from a office frank harris and he tells me i owe a payday loan from december 2008 and he will not give me any information saying that i am going to be arrested and lose everything and i need to get an attorney regarding this legal matter he also leaves this same number 6837260286  but when he calls the number that shows up is different 61725880005 today he phoned my job and talked to my supervisor that was the last straw my job got involved and we called the police and made a report

told me to call 803-712-4051 officer Dale? regarding legal matter.  bla bla bla.  I owe no money.  These people are scam artists.  Do not pay them.

I received a call today from the same number above stating they are from THE BUREAU OF DECTECTIVES INVESTIGATION ........he stated that this is a legal matter and that I need to send money right away.....wpuld not give up any information just started yelling and screaming and I informed him if he did not stop calling me I was going to contact the police needless to say he called me three time threatening me......I am going to file a police report.

Someone from this number called my sister saying he was officer Harris and left a message that he was calling regarding a legal matter and that she  needed to call officer Frank Harris for legal counsel Ron & Cosman (could not understand name of counsel for sure due to thick accent) Call officer Frank Harris at (215) 586-3579If she did not call there would legal ramifications for her personally and her job! She called him back within a couple of hours and asked for Frank Harris (not officer Harris) He got on the phone and asked why she was calling. She said "I am returning your call" He asked again why se was calling. She suggested that he should check his records as he had called her. He went to "pull file" He said that she was a reference for me -she said OK I asked why he was calling her and she said that she was aware of his false claims against me and that he should proceed with caution as I am seeking legal counsel.   she also suggested that he better never call me her with any type of threats to her personally or her job (as he indicated on his voice mail)   He was trying to scream over her...  Then he just hung up.

I just got back from lunch and they left a message on my work voicemail. Very heavy thick accent and he kept clearing his throat.  He even paused when he tried to say officer Dell (or whatever he said) as if he was having trouble pronouncing it. He must have been reading from a piece of paper.  He said it was regarding a legal matter and that I needed to call him ASAP and to not disregard his message.  I couldn't even understand half of the crap he was saying. The call back number he gave was 803-712-4051. He said the company was Blank (not sure of first word) Investigation Authority or something like that.

I just gave these people $600 thinking I owed them money. Now i'm out $600. Sucks for me. It's better to give then receive.

Angela Smith was calling me about an online payday loan and wanted me to pay 400.00 a month until it was paid I told her I am a single mom and can not make a payment that much because of my other bills  she would not work with me to lower the payments.

I just got a call much the same as the one indicated by Rose above.  They called from two different numbers - this one and one from Jacksonville, FL.  Somebody should do something about these people.

These calls are a scam wanting money.  I get calls from these highly accented people for about a week and then not for three weeks and then again.  They are a nuisance.  I have reported them to the FBI and to the local authorities.  They call, threaten, etc.....they call employers.  I even tried once to get a mailing address to "pay" but they only do Western Union to a private person.  These calls need to be stopped.
