Took $700 from us for an air conditioning unit that we never received and cannot get in touch with anyone. His name is Shawn and works for Handyman in Las Vegas, NV. In addition to this the Handyman service didn't know anything until I sent a photo of Shawn. Then not only did they contact me but also had him contact me. That was on June 20th. I have been unable to reach either one of them since.
