Lady called to let me know my brother had missed a summons for a court date. Left this number and a case # so I could pass on to my brother. Did not identify where she was calling from . I asked for attorney information and she said she was only given this name and number to call. Attempted to ask what court, but she ***g up.

Claims that I am scheduled to be served at my work. Number in voice mail. But caller id says unknown.

Got a call from a private number stating they were calling with the processor's office in regards to a fax order they just received and that they were placing me on the schedule to be served February 3rd at my place of employment. If I need to reschedule or had questions I could contact the plaintiff at 702-915-6992, and they said you have been notified. Guy said his name was Edgar Alcantara.

Said I was being served and to call number or they would serve me at my place of business, lol.

Left vm on a relative's number stating that since I didn't answer, I would be served at 1:20pm on 1/20/2023 at my place of employment.
