Predominantly composed of White individuals (about 67%), it also includes a diverse array of ethnic groups. Mecklenburg County, with a population of over 1 million, is the most populous within the region. A steady increase in the population and median income, surpassing national levels, indicates robust economic growth and a promising community outlook.
An analysis of FCC complaint data from the 704 area code reveals shifting communication patterns. Wireless/mobile complaints peaked around 2018, while wired complaints declined post-2019. Same here about the constant calls--although I get them from numerous 704 area code numbers. I finally decided to answer so I could tell them to put me on the Do Not Call list (I'm already on the federal "Registry", so WTH?) and it ***g up. I have no idea how they got my mobile number, but luckily I have a blacklist program to put each number on. But what a pain--they just get around it by calling from various numbers.

I received a call from this unfamiliar. I did not answer. They left no message. I have also been getting calls from the Austin American Statesman about a subscription. I wonder if they are related?

Get numerous calls throughout the day from this # and several others that are similar. I never answer and they do not leave a message. Caller ID says Universal Circu. I called one of the other #s (704-523-7310) and always got a busy signal or a message that the # was not in service. However, I called THIS # back and it rang and rang and rang. BUT, there was finally a click as if someone picked up the phone, but no one answered. I stayed on the line for about another minute and FINALLY someone came on the line. I told the woman I wanted to be put on their DO NOT CALL list. She asked me about my current newspaper subscription and I told her I wasn't going to speak to her except to get on their DNC list. She took my # and said my request will be processed. We'll see about that.

They keep calling me and then ****ing up, when I call them back the phone either just rings and rings or I get a continuous busy signal. I'm tired of them calling me and ****ing up.
