got a text from a 704 area code regarding my resume I submitted for a job. Was asked to call back 888-272-4814.. Woman at that number said they were a 3rd party information verication company and wanted to spend 25 minutes verifiying my info. She sounded like she was reading from a piece of paper/ What is this???? Wouldnt tell me which job it was I had applied for nor would she give me the name of the company, only that it was within a 25 mi. radius of my zip code. ????????????

I got the same text message today too. I typed in the 888 907 4887 on google and its someone from california a spanish guy and its a spam

I got a text message from this person. I had applied for a Lobby Greeter position, and they said it was something about that and to call them back at 888-907-4887. I didn't understand why they couldn't just call me or have me call them at the 704 number.
