This is a scam number. They lied and said they were Amazon but asked me for a 16 digit card number to put on file. Then when I hung up they kept calling my phone until I finally blocked them

They told me they were going to help w my apple id. They said put 14998 into my apple cash as a dummy account to verify identity. Chase declined , and I asked for Apple.com employee id , she gave her MS2402. Than her name, Claire Sparks. I called my bank and than called Apple support .
They call repeatedly, without leaving a voicemail. Finally one day they leave 1.23 long voicemail of elevator music and saying I’m the first caller in line. I’m not interested in answering the phone or calling back until I know who is calling in the first place. - blocked -
They won't leave a message so I blocked the number.
