Scammed me saying he was from Napa Co Animal Shelter from Napa California saying they found my dog and he was hit by a car that he needed surjerys $1500 for surjerys but take payments $560 to release him after 2 hour surjery. Said had to pay by venmo or zelle paid $560 to zelle and then told me where to pick up my dog which was address of shelter and then when I arrived he said he was locking up animals had us waiting then shut off his number
