It's a marketing company hired by the Eureka, CA, Time Standard newspaper. This was the 4th call from this number, but the 1st time a human responded when I answered the phone. Since I'm a former customer, the law says they have a right to call.

I called the number (707) 260-2888 back and it went into a voicemail system direct--no ring, nothing after I completed dialing. I work for a government agency and this line called my direct line---which isn't published anywhere. They've done it daily this week, always after hours.
