They call repeatedly, without leaving a voicemail. Finally one day they leave 1.23 long voicemail of elevator music and saying I’m the first caller in line. I’m not interested in answering the phone or calling back until I know who is calling in the first place. - blocked -

I had some unexpected medical bills and the collector was very compassionate and helped me resolve my account balance to avoid having a negative impact on my credit.

These people called and left me one message everyday of the week except Sunday which I ignored for months. I finally called back and was surprised at how well I was treated. They worked with my budget and now the calls have stopped. They even put me on auto pay so I didn’t have to remember to mail my $. I wouldn’t have ignored them for so long if I knew they were going to treat me like a  human and with respect unlike other collection agencies. The agent I talked to "Bob" was great and very respectful. I would like all the other collectors and agencies out there to try this method of collecting. These people called me and were very professional. Maybe you get what you give. I was pleasant and so were they. I made 6 monthly payments without any issues, nasty comments or people hanging up on me. As a business owner, I would use their services myself.

i get a call talk to guy name dan in legal say he gonna sue me and wont accept no payment plans. want my account number . is this legal can hew sue me i am willing to pay $20.00 a month i owe hospital 2,600 but i dont have money like that to pay only on payment

This company calls all the time, even Saturday mornings, from three different numbers.  That's a game too.  They call my home, cell and cell866-729-2722415-573-0745707-454-2010I'm leary of them also, very nasty, unprofessional staff.  I've stopped answering their calls.

if somebody calls you and tells you to press something, it's a scam...by pressing any buttons when a "company" calls you, they can immediately get all of your information, the only time you should ever press anything when on the phone is if you call them

this number has repeatedly called- i have pushed 9 to speak to a rep- elevator music then they **** up. so i called back and got ***g up on. at this point i was ****ed! so i called a***n and spoke to the manager named anna. this little obnoxious uptight bi@#$% would not let me speak and told me to be quiet while she spoke. really? u think this is how u get money from people? so i called a third time saying that i had a certified cashiers check and i needed a physical address to have it hand delivered with conformation.they would not give me the address. sound like a scam yet?so i got hold of the hospital where the bill came from and it belongs to someone else.... do u think they give a shi#. they want money even if it's not u're bill. like that's gonna happen. so this has been handed over to our lawyer and he's gonna take care of it. because they don't really want me to take care of it. i don't belittle people on the phone and scream and yell at them to try extort money. i handle my bussiness. anybody can be big and tough on the phone.... i will pay for u're whole ***#$ing company to fly over here to my house and we can "talk" face to face, one at a time. u don't want to **** off a go$%amm REDHEAD. i am fire for a reason bit$%^es.

Woman called me asked me if I was.....I said no. She asked me why I answered so & so's telephone number then...I hung up on her. I called the number back & got a man telling me he was taking my home & vehicles away from me, and then started swearing at me, stating they are looking for the person related to my telephone number. I told him he was wrong & now he says he is going to fk up my credit. Big deal. Let him. I contacted the BBB & the insurance commission because this man told me I was going to be subpoenaed to court for someone else's bills.

This is such a scam.  These comments are not enough, we need to do something to stop them form calling us.  How can we report this number??

I received calls from this number early in the morning; they were trying to get in touch with somebody I know. When I complained about this, they hung up on me. When I called back, they hung up on me before I'd spoken two words. So I called the company, Rash Curtis and Associates (1 800 929 3935), and asked to speak to somebody senior in their customer relations department. I had them remove me from their call list and the manager I spoke with promised to address the issue of their staff hanging up on me when I was complaining—that's just never acceptable.I encourage everyone to demand respect and common courtesy from companies like this. Even when people owe money, they should still be shown common courtesy, especially in these dark economic times.

Continue to get calls from this number and 1 707-545-2015 and when I stay on line to take call, I get put on hold for several minutes.  Additionally, I am not Arones Fasil and do not know who that person is

they stopped calling and then put some other persons debt on my credit report ,I also called them , they told me I used the name of this person .LIARS then got nasty on the phone . just pulled my credit report and there it is .$996.00 from 2006, I'm trying to get my loan modified.even the hospital where the bill is from said it could not be me. they just said not our problem.

THESE PEOPLE KEPT CALLING ME AND I FINALLY CALLED THEM BACK. THE MAN ANSWERED "RASH & CURTIS" HE TOLD ME THEY WERE A COLLECTION AGENCY. I TOLD HIM HE MUST HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER OR HE IS LOOKING FOR THE PERSON WHO PREVIOUSLY HAD MY NUMBER AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED HIM BACK AND SAID "HI, YOU JUST HUNG UP ON ME, YOU NEED TO TAKE MY NUMBER OFF YOUR LIST NOW." AND HE SAID "FINE I JUST DID" WE'LL SEE. THEY ALSO CALL FROM THIS NUMBER: 866-729-2722.

They have kept calling my cell phone for months. Finally they woke me up by calling early in the morning. Disgusted I answered the phone. An automated message told me to press 9 if I wanted to reach their office. I did so. I got strange elevator music, and then the phone hung up. I called back, and this strange sounding man picked up the phone. "How may I help you," he said. I told him that their company had a wrong number, and I was tired of being called. He merely hung the phone up. I called back an hour later, and this woman picked up the phone. "Rash and Curtis, how may I help you?" she said. I asked her to please take my phone off their calling list because they had a wrong number. "What is your number?" she inquired. I told her. She typed it into their data base. "Is your name -----?" she asked. NO I responded. "Do you know -----?" she asked. NO I again responded. "Thank you, your phone number has been taken off or database," she stated. This was this morning, so I'll see if she actually did. Overall this company wasted much of my time, and I am not very happy with them.
