I am from Idaho, started process to buy a car and sent money to e-bay in River Grove, Il. Sounds dumb, but the car ended up in Chicago verfied buy the seller Tiffany Felker. Sent a total of $3200 and then they blocked my phone. No communication since. Person answering phone had a heavy Asian accent. I asked several times about possible scam and she quranteed me it was not a scam and some of the overcharges were refundable. Everything looked very offical e-bay. But no communications since.
