They call and hang up immediately each time. Been ringing my do-not-call listed phone number for months. They are scammers who force YOUR phone company to pay a caller id fee each time you call the number or each time your phone company looks up their caller id -- even if you don't answer. They make money whether their call gets through or not. DON'T CALL BACK!!! LET THEM LOSE MONEY BECAUSE WE REFUSE TO HELP THEM MAKE MONEY FROM SCAMMING FROM THEIR HOME COUNTRIES. They buy USA phone numbers and call from their foreign countries using those bought phone numbers. They make money from scamming due to loopholes in regulations. Stop returning the calls and they go out of business. You are sending them free money :(
