Received a phone message from 713-701-9932 claiming that the IRS was filing a lawsuit and to call that number to get more information. I knew immediately it was a scam as no one especially the IRS would use the phone to inform someone that they were the target of an impending lawsuit.

NOT there IRS. Very Rude, poor customer service. ***g up on whenever I asked a applicable question. Asked to speak to manager, they ***g up. Called back, ***g up. Called a***n, was called a ***** ***ka and to stop calling back, then ***g up a***n. Called back asked to speak with manager. Still not response. I asked for the agents name, it was Adam Wilson. I asked for their location he said IRS Audit office Austin, TX. I asked for my number to be removed and to talk to a Manager a***n. No real response. Mr. Wilson waited for me to **** up instead of ending the call this time. SCAM.
