Correction....I was referring to "Cardholder Services" each time I used the term "Credit Card Services" in the previous comment.Sorry for the confusion.GOOD LUCK

Here's what I know about "Credit Card Services". It provides a central location for banks (credit card companies) to provide and exc****e mutual customer information, for the purpose of consolidating information on multiple account into a central file. This "file" is then serviced by "Credit Card Services".Example ... if you have a Citibank credit card, a Shell gas card and an E**on gas card (Examples ONLY) all three of these accounts have been placed in a central location where the activity of one account reflects on all the accounts. It's a "Clearing House". IF you can ever get a real person on the phone ask them for your file information. Your entire credit portfolio may be in the "Credit Card Services" Clearing House. And they handle ALL aspects of the accounts from solicting additional credit insurance products to collections. So if your Visa card is pushing "Iden***y Fraud Ins." this week and Citi is pushing "Credit protection" at the same time the number of annoying calls you'll be receiving from "CCS" just doubled!

I received a call from "Rachael of Cardholder Services" on my corporate cell phone. "Rachael" said she could lower my interest rate to 6.5%. The only business that has that cell phone number is Citibank, which is the issuer of our corporate credit card. I mentioned this to my coworkers and found at least a five of my coworkers have also recieved this solicitation on their corporate cell phones. I also found out that all of us listed our corporate cell phone numbers on the Citibank corporate credit card application (our employees are personally responsible for charges on their corporate accounts). I'm conviced our numbers were sold by Citi or one of its data-entry contract employees.
