My caller i.d. said "American Family Counseling". Sounds like a debt counseling place or a family shrink?

Received recorded message 4/16/11 on cell phone, "calling about my credit card." The only credit card I have is thru my bank, so I ***g up.
(714) 992-2224
Call from this number on my cell a little before 9 pm with a recorded message that they are "calling about your credit cards". If it was legit, they would have indicated a company, so I ***g up. I tried to call back to see if there was an ID on a recording, but the line was busied-out until 9 pm (in my time zone), and then no answer after 9 pm, so I suspect a robo-dialer using a new number.Lookup suggests this comes from Fullerton, CA, and others have also been bothered.
