I believe this is a scam. I received a call on my answering ma****e informing me if I did not cancel my service I within 2 to 3 days my credit card would be charged. I was instructed to call 1-716-226-0729, I queried this number on BeenVerified and it came back ONLINE PHARMACY with a location Boston, NY and the Service Provider SPRINT COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY, L.P. - NY. I asked what service was I cancelling, and received the reply NORTOR ANTI-VIRUS. I was asked if I wanted to keep the service or cancel. I stated I want to cancel. Following this exc****e I was advised to turn on my computer and use Google Chrome. I explained I have Google Chrome on my computer but I do not use it. I was asked to use Google Chrome and type in TEAMVIEWER.COM Using DUCKDUCKGO I queried TEAMVIEWER.COM. One of the many sites my query brought up was "Connect From Any Device - Download Today and Free Trial with the link address being: https://www.splashtop.com/teamviewer/alternative I informed the person I was talking to of my findings and informed him I would not query TEAMVIEWER.COM with my computer. I informed this person I did not have Norton Antivirus on my computer and I wanted any claimed service cancelled. He informed me if I did not activate TEAMVIEWER.COM on my computer he could not cancel my service and my credit card woudl be charged $300.00. I reminded him that initially he asked if I wanted to entend the service or cancel and I told him I wanted to cancel. I truly believe this is a TEAMVIEWER.COM scam or an attempt to insert upon my compouter a program which would allow REMOTE ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER BY NON-AUTHORIZED PERSONS.
