I received an automated call indicating that the call was about "my account which is not a problem....but they wanted to ensure I received information on how to lower my interest rate". I don't have any credit card balances on any card, so I knew this had to be an outside marketer. I pressed the option "2" to be removed from their calling list. I was then immediately connected to a live person who ***g up in my face when I asked to be removed from their calling list.
