The man asked for . I refused to verify it was me (knowing that some places record a "yes" and use it for other things.). He claimed he could help me, but refused to describe how he can help me. He refused to give me any information about anything. I just hung up.

They are not real, and they call from a number that is not traceable. I tried to call back, but was not able to because the number was disconnected. They said that they are trying to verify a Carlos Garcia Jr, but I have no idea who that is. I also don't have student loans, so they are clearly lying if they say that I owe them.
