This is a scam, and a dangerous one. This guy calls, talks to w***ver, makes them give 1 person, the receipient of the call (the mark)***** thinking they're going to be arrested and then talks ****ily and quickly, trying to convince you that you had taken out a payday loan. Basically, I had no crdit or work history to get one and I caught him on it. "Robin Jacks" of whatever agency he claims to be with that day, whether it be law enforcement or lawyer is a scammer. Don't give this do***ebag any information about you or anyone you know. He said he'd **** my daughter? 1) He's a nut 2) That's f***ed 3) I don't have a daughter. This took place after I talked over him for about three minutes telling him how I saw the information about him on google just now, after he spelled his name out; Robin Jacks and the guy just kept trying to be abusive with that faux-foreign tone of his. That's sad. If he calls a***n I'll call his phone provider and let them know of the abuse and file a police report to forward right after that to let them know he's playing these games with people. He said he was a lawyer collecting on behalf of a client who was****ociated with the case (he gave a BS case # to my wife too) RSA7415 from the Federal Office of the National Cyber Crimes. He also threatened to sue me for harassment during the call. How sad.
