Life station. Very good service
(718) 332-6100
This phone number is LIFE STATION - a company that has a month to month contract with people who use their system for emergency services - like "help I have fallen and can't get up" or "someone is in our home". BTW, we truly enjoy our system as it is for our nearly blind but very active soon-to-be 95 year old Grandmother. This call was to make certain with me, the account holder, that all items have been received and that we had sent in the paperwork. When you check the difference online between Life Station and First Alert, First Alert has a 3 year non-negotiable contract that you need 6 months to cancel or it goes for another 3 years. Lots of complaints about their contract and elder people who are hearing impaired online.
