Received voicemail from "Rebecca Davis" regarding charges on my eclectic bill. This is a scam I've been aware of. These people also go door to door in certain neighborhoods claiming to be able to lower your electric bill, but you end up being charged more. I called back requesting not to be called anymore. They claim to be with a company called "Zen Star Energy".
