This number is being used as a Social Security scam. They call, you immediately get a recording by an official sounding male voice stating that this is the Social Security Administration and that your SSN has been suspended for fraudulent activity and to press "1" to speak to an agent. I pressed "1" and got connected to an alleged male agent who pressed me for my name. I asked him for his ID number, he made one up. 1. The SSA does not call you 2. This is an obvious scam as they want to money to repay the SSA for this unspecified fraud activity 3. You can hear in the background a lot of people talking, so apparently it is some sort of sweat-shop
