"Anthony" from "Premiere Dental Care" was contacting me about my recent dental claim. I demanded to know the date of such a claim and the name as I haven't been to a dentist in over two years. He responded (rudely) saying "it was probably a clerical error. The claim could have been last week, could have been last year. [He] doesn't see that information." I asked for the claim number again and he hung up on me.
