Yep, also got the call twice today! Seems like many are scam spam...recording saying IRS is suing you. Consumer watch programs state that if the IRS (including IRS.gov) is really trying to contact you, they will mail you (snail mail) directly or just show up in person if they can't contact you.

This number is a scam! The called 3 times in 10 minutes. I called them back and told them I would report them and his response was "I'm shaking in my shoes " This is the scam for the IRS "you're being sued.

I just called this number back from my work # and they asked if this was the number they had called. I just said yes, even though they had called my cell phone. They said they were going to pull up my "case file" and then put me on hold. After about a minute of holding they hung up on me. Such a SCAM!
