I got 2 calls within the same minute, left voicemails both times with heavy breathing. Very scary.

Calls secondary phone after 11:30 pm thru 4 AM never leaves message nor responds if answered calling it back says “This number is not accepting calls at this time” if anyone can find the owner of it, reply here please
