SLANDER OF A NAME

She said failure to appear to court and I have 24 hours to contact 725-234-9466 and gave a case number! I asked summoned for what, she said I don’t know due to privacy matters! I said yea ok why would I be summoned to court with a number in Vegas and I’ve Never been to Vegas lol and I live way on the east coast and she hung up

They were saying they were going to serve my mom papers at her job. I ask did they have a address on file for her and other questions they hung up

They said I have 1 hour to call back or a warrant for my arrest

This is a scam. ***ody is going to call to tell you that you are being served. The callers doesn't identify who they are or what company they are from. Do not call them back. They sound intimidating because they know it will scare you into calling them. They called my 83 year old ***her. Warn your loved ones, especially the elderly, that this is a scam and DO NOT call them back!

Received a call saying he was a processor and calling on a faxed order rcvd in his office & that I am scheduled to be served at my place of employment on 6/2/23. For rescheduling to contact 725-234-9466. I'm glad I did some sear****g.

They said I had an hour to respond to the attorney. Total spam. I am not being sued.

Just received this number stating that I will be serving you at your place of employment on May 12th I called three times spoke to someone twice they were extremely rude did not give me any kind of information what kind of scam is this what are they trying to achieve I need to make sure that my name is protected

She said she was a processor and had a fax to deliver do***ents to me on my job on Sa****ay. She said my name and said I had been notified. She also said the plaintiff was at this number. I feel it's a scam. I called the number but could only leave a voicemail. It asked me to leave information. I feel it's a scam.
