Addendum: The phone extension numbers are assigned to the phone, not the person. You don't always get to sit in the same cubicle, that's why Towanna Goodin had 3 extension numbers. Obviously, she made calls from 3 different desks. And having done telemarketing, I learned that when people say, "don't call me again" and the call was disconnected, a page came up where you were supposed to status the call by selecting whatever was appropriate (i.e., No Answer; Call Back Later; DO NOT CALL, etc.) If you asked them not to call back and they did, then the person you spoke with did not select the correct contact status box. Also, even if you ARE registered with the National Do Not Call Registry, it does not prevent you from receiving calls. You need to tell each individual telemarketer to not call. If you respond to an infomercial or buy something online and give your phone number, you end up right back in the list of phone numbers that telemarketing companies receive from the vendors they represent. So if you don't want any calls, never ever give your phone number as a contact reference when you make a purchase.

I live in the area and intend to apply for a job with them since doing telemarketing is better than being homeless. You can believe the comments from the folks above who have no complaints. A few years ago when I was laid off, I took a telemarketing position and although it is definitely not my job of choice, it seems to be a 'necessary evil.' I actually earned on average as much or more than what I was making in my previous office job in a corporate environment, which surprised the hell out of me, since I didn't feel I was cut out for this type work and i HATE TO BE ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE WHEN A TELEMARKETER CALLS!! I would like to respond to the idiot above who puts them down, yet he states he worked for them 3 times -- if they're a scam and not legit as you say, why did you work for them 3 times? You are obviously an idiot since you can't spell (ever thought of using a dictionary?) You had to work there because you don't have enough education (like spelling) to work anywhere else. Also you mention specifically that 'the parking lot goes up in smoke...' You are in the middle of it, hitting the doobie, apparently, you child of the corn jerk. Telemarketing companies usually do not do background checks and drug tests, which is why their employees are usually young, and the turnover rate is normal for that industry. Use your brain instead of smoking it out, dude.At least the kids are WORKING and MAKING MONEY.I don't know how on earth you obtained a DOA license because you can't get one for growing pot in your garage as you probably do, but sounds like crack may be your drug of choice. If you don't have anything better to say about them, then don't go back to work for them. Maybe I can have that job!!

i have worked for this company on 3 seperate occasions. the turnover rate for this company is astronomical and you will see new groups everyday AND THEY USE THAT TO THIER ADVENTAGE. do you really think with this high turnover that thier employees really think what they are doing is ethical OR CARE.MAYBE THEY JUST WANNA MAKE A QUIK BUCK. ONE TIME I SWEAR TO GOD, ONE DAY 5 DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE OFFICERS WITH SIDEARMS, SUITS AND BADGES. CAME IN AND SHUT THE PLACE DOWN FOR NOT LISCENSING THIER EMPLOYEES. THEN THE OWNER(TOM ***MINGS) SAID WE CANT COME BACK TO WORK UNTILL WE WERE LISCENCED WITH THE DEP. OF AGRICULTURE CONSUMER SALES LISCENCE WHICH WAS NEVER GIVEN TO US AND I DONT THINK WAS EVER APPLIED BECUASE I CURRENTLY HAVE ONE AND THE STATE HAS NO RECORD OF ONE EVER BIENG ISSUED FROM CSS. WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAM P.S. THE MAJORITY OF THE NIGHT EMPLOYEES ARE KIDS AGES 16 TO 24- LETS JUST SAY THAT DURING BREAKS THE PARKINGLOT GOES UP IN SMOKE TO ALIEVIATE THE MUNDAYNE REPE***ION AND MANAGMENT WONT CARE WHEN A FLOCK OF KIDS COME BACK ****** LOOKIN LIKE THE CHILDREN OF THE CORN

and as an FYI... Most of the information you are being called about is printed on your bill under "Choosing an energy supplier"
(727) 733-8700
Take the time to call your power/gas supplier. I received a call from this number claiming to work for Tiger Natural Gas out of Florida. I was able to obtain Tiger's number online at PG&E, California supplier, and called Tiger directly. They verified that this company was contracted to make calls for them and even asked for me to rate their service and said that I would not have to speak going forward and could contact Tiger directly at this point. Now I DOUBT PG&E is posting phone #'s of energy companies that are scammers. And by the way, you are right PG&E does not have this number. They gave me Tiger's and they verified the number as their contracted caller. A little research goes a long way. But I guess in the world, we all expect the worst because there is no way that someone can offer you a better deal. AND, what in the world does scientology have to do with this, let it go people.
(727) 733-8700
If they are so legit WHY do they pretend to part of your local gas company?or WHY do say it's a "goverment" mandate to make me aware of the savings?
(727) 733-8700
I do currently work for CSS and this is the first time I am hearing that my boss, who probably cares more for his employees and the environment is a scientologist. I find this highly HIGHLY doubtful with his sense of humor, willingness to help all of those gain sucess with themselves as an individual. I personally have helped MANY customers in the PA area with their Gas bills with UGI and CPA. If you could chose a fixed rate thats 75 cents less a CCF then what your paying now and be able to keep that rate wouldnt you sign up? Next time one of them calls you....actually hear them out. If your interested, great, and even call your Utility and ask for a supervisor and ask them about their "customer choice program" and if your not then simply just say no, but actually hear someone out and check into it because you will find,we are simply just hourly employees with nothing to gain but a paycheck, that no one can make you do something you dont want. Computers make mistakes, and if you have been called a few times its computer error, not because some idiot is on the phone saying "im going to call this person 20 times a day for the hell of it." You will find that this program is run BY your utility and that we are simply just a supplier for YOUR UTILITY IN THEIR PROGRAM. We only verify your acct number to enroll you, think about it, hwhat are we going to do with your acct number? Pay your bill!?! To those of you that signed up...Congrats on being smart enough to get a savings...If you really thought it was a scam, its not like you cant cancel the program....ITS YOUR MONEY....Do you want to save it for something that you deserve or do you want to keep throwing it into the utility who overcharges you? Call it back and hit 0 for the operator and tell them your utility. It doesnt hurt to save money does it?

I live in the Dunedin area where this call center is located. I have even applied for a job there and was hired. They are a call center that does in fact sell power from different power company's. I live in florida where we do not have a choice about what power company we get our power from. But it is not like that in all states. The states that have a choice of where they get their power from, the power companys will offer better rates to under cut each other. This company calls people in those states to let them know that they have a choice of power companys and that they can get a better rate. They in return get a commission from said power company. Now about the Scientologists thing. Clearwater Fl is where the head office of Scientologists are located. Clearwater is only a mile or two from dunedin. They have many companys is this area this call center being one. This is why I turned down the job because I did not feel right about working for Scientologists. But I do know some one who is working there and he said they dont try and push it on him.But the offer is not a scam, they are just calling to let you know that you can get a better rate on you power bill. I wish I had the choice here as my bill is real bad in the summer, florida heat and all.I hope this clears things up. And no I do not work for them nor am I a Scientologists. I just have some hands on information as I have been in this call center and was told all about what they do.

I called this number back ((727) 733-8700), and although it does say "Customer Service", if you are persistent (and I am) you will find that there are many extensions at this phone number and that if you continue to punch in extension numbers you will get everyone's name as well when they announce it in their voice mail. Here is a short list to start. Maybe we can look them up and get their home numbers like they got ours...wonder if they like being annoyed at home any more than we do?X 220 Bob MishoniX 222 Brad WestermanX 223 Towanna GoodinX 224 Larry HellmanX 225 Towanna GoodinX 226 Kevin Morse – Commercial AccountsX 227 Tracy MahoneyX 228 Katy MoranX 229 Fernia JacksonX 231 Torrence WelchX 232 Chris LeopoldX 234 Towanna Goodin (yes, again)X 235 John LoganX 236 Julie RobertsX 237 Zack JornX 238 John ShetlandX 239 John Leoni

Got this call with a callback number 1-800-919-8021 X351. Ask for James. I called back and he was trying to sell me on the energy saving plan. I told him that I wasn't interested and that Central Hudson had told me several months ago when others had called me that there was no gain by going with this kind of service. I googled the number 727-733-8700 that appeared on my telephone and it is CSSLLC. I called that number back and got Cosumer Sales Solutions and was connected to James again. Left message that I wasn't interested.Hope this helps.
(727) 733-8700
they are just an enrollment center for different energy suppliers in the NY,and CA area. not really a scam. the ceo is a scientologist, but most people in the company are not. if this helps clear things.
(727) 733-8700
The so-called "educated person" in the comment above obviously works for this Scammer company and is attempting to Scam us all --even online !...The disrespect is evident in their words, further verifying the criminal and manipulating nature of this Scammer Company ... Do not trust them !

1-727-733-8700 claims to be Spark electric...sounds fishy. Say nothing to this unknown caller and tell them that you will file a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry if they call you back. To be placed on the National DO NOT CALL Registry call them. If a person registered recieves telemarting and scam calls after being on the government registry for over 31 days then file a complaint with the National Registry at 1-888-382-1222.

They just call and there is an electronic hang up. No one ever there. Web searches show the Consumer Sales Salutions and also something that might be Scientologists. I think it may be someone to their computer searching for other computers online by a land line.
(727) 733-8700
I put the number into yahoo search and came up with the name Consumer Sales Solutions537 douglas Ave. dunedin, FLI didn't answer the phone and they didn't leave a message

I got this call it was supposedly from a company called Spark (sp?) asking me if they could help me save 8% on my utility bill. They asked me to get my electric bill and give them some info from it. I told them I couldn't give them that information.
(727) 733-8700
I got a call from this number and it is definetly a scam. Person calling me told me that he is calling me from my Utility company. Called utility company they don't have this number. BE AWARE of this scammer
(727) 733-8700
I am pretty sure they are not considered Christian and are just called Scientologists. There is another religion that is totally different that I think you are confusing the name with called Christian Science. That is very strange that you are getting these calls.
(727) 733-8700
got this call 3 times a week. Googled number and it pops up as Christian Scientology.
